The 240 square metre family abode boasts beautiful oak herringbone floors throughout and bundles of charm so characteristic of 1930s style homes. But Ingrid and her husband Henk purchased it newly built and completely empty. Starting with a concrete interior, they had the walls plastered and painted and invested in oak herringbone floors they had a local craftsman create.
